What will you learn?

Learn to be a certified Open Water Diver. Learn different yoga asana styles including ashtanga, vinyasa, restorative, yin, and hatha. Learn pranayama and the principals of yoga. Learn to find internal peace through meditation and rhythmic breathing under water. Learn to connect with others through scuba diving, massage workshops, and acro yoga. Learn to trust. Learn to connect with nature by meditating on the beautiful creatures and life under water. Learn to nourish your body with healthy vegan food. Learn to live with others in a community.

 

ScubaYoga Advanced Open Water Retreat 

 

Who is this retreat for?

for those scuba divers who are already certified open water divers, or just completed the open water scuba yogi course. If would like to experience a very unique time of stepping outside of your day to day routine and retreating into the depths of the under water world…combining a healthy and peaceful yogic lifestyle with the therapeutic benefits of scuba diving while receiving your scuba diving certification for Advanced Open Water Diving we welcome you!

 

What will you learn?

Learn to be a certified Advanced Open Water Diver. Learn Deep and Underwater Navigation. Learn other topics including search and recovery, basic rescue skills, buoyancy control, exploration and many more. Learn how to plan dives to deal with the physiological effects and challenges of deeper scuba diving. Learn different yoga asana styles including ashtanga, vinyasa, restorative, yin, and hatha. Learn pranayama and the principals of yoga. Learn to find internal peace through meditation and rhythmic breathing under water. Learn to connect with others through scuba diving, massage workshops, and acro yoga. Learn to trust. Learn to connect with nature by meditating on the beautiful creatures and life under water. Learn to nourish your body with healthy vegan food. Learn to live with others in a community.
